• Designed and built dynamic theming: themes generated from four inputs (accent, mode, tint, contrast) across ~170 design tokens, so every customer's workspace carries their brand. Ten curated presets, WCAG-audited.
• Set the direction for record pages built from widgets: config-driven blocks that compose any object's page, that customers can rearrange and AI can generate. 21 widgets specified.
• Building one settings framework for pages that looked like twelve different products; cut its component library from fourteen parts to five.
• Since Feb 2026, also direct how the product is built, with AI and coding agents doing the implementation. 388 pull requests merged since March.
• Lead a team of five designers, and changed how work starts: user stories, then goals and journeys, before any design.

Co-founder, design and buildOngoing

• Co-founded with Srishti. I design and build all of it, from the experience to the architecture.
• Designed sixteen personalised AI agents to plan alongside the group, each one aware of the person it helps.

• Built and led a product design team of twelve, and a design process that shortened the path from idea to launch.
